In this busy and fast world, no one taking correct food at the right time compulsory need to take 3 times food in a day eat different types of fruits and vegetables, sometimes add whole grains in foods. Regularly take fish and meat twice a week. Home-cooked food is more preferable. Add broccoli, spinach, and green vegetables, almonds and mangoes.. Eat when you are hungry and stop when you feel full. Don't over eat. It's not healthy for your body. Morning breakfast is necessary. Don't skip morning breakfast. Don't be thirsty whenever you are thirsty. Drink plenty of water to keep my body fit.
I plan to take fruits, vegetables, nuts, protein, fiber(corn) ,and carbohydrates. Increase calcium and vitamin D and take the right amount of nutrients. Do exercise regularly, walk 30 minutes a day, avoiding processed food and frozen food, including junk food such as pizza, burgers, and fast foods.
Symptoms of nutrient deficiency.
